The Coach’s Coach was founded with the aim of bringing clubs and coaches at all levels, age appropriate, world class session plans as well as bespoke online, on-field and classroom delivered coach development opportunities informed by leading international best practice.  We’re here to support you in providing your players with the most enjoyable and productive learning environment possible. 

 

From our experience in both volunteer and professional coaching positions in grassroots and professional academy environments across the world, we fully appreciate and have experienced the challenges clubs and coaches face on a daily basis in delivering high quality, enjoyable programs for young players. Furthermore, we understand the pressures and difficulties clubs face in attracting and retaining great coaches, both staff and volunteers as well as creating an organization that everyone involved in the club and community can be proud of.

It was those challenges that motivated us to bring together only the most impactful session plans, coaching tools and techniques, coach development workshops and technical program management approaches that have transformed our coaching and that align with leading international best practice.

Our programs and approaches have also been shaped by our experience off the field in senior strategic and operational management across the public and non-profit sectors which includes; transformation and improvement; change management; performance monitoring and evaluation; professional education program design and teaching/lecturing at the university level.
